BOOKS: Spooky, award-winning adventure for kids

Takeshita Demons Takeshita Demons is a spooky series of adventure stories for 8 to 12 year olds. Winner of the 2009 Frances Lincoln Diverse Voices Children’s Book Award, Takeshita Demons was part of the 2010 Booked Up program, organised by the UK BookTrust. It was also featured as a Book of the Month on the BBC's Blue Peter.

Book 2 in the series, Takeshita Demons: The Filth Licker was released in 2011 and Takeshita Demons: Monster Matsuri will be out in July 2012. Book 4 in the series will be out May 2013.
